Rock Valley Credit Union named "2022 Best Credit Unions to Work For" by Credit Union Journal
Rock Valley Credit Union has been recognized as a “2022 Best Places to Work For” organization announced by Credit Union Journal (part of American Banker).

Best Credit Unions to Work For is a research-driven program from Best Companies Group (BCG) that examines the company’s practices, programs and benefits and surveys employees for their perspective. To participate in the process, RVCU had to complete two surveys. The first was an employer questionnaire that detailed the company policies, practices, benefits, and demographics. The second survey was an employee engagement and satisfaction questionnaire which included an in-depth set of 77 statements that employees responded to on a scale of and open-ended and demographic questions.
Winner of Best Credit Unions to Work For were announced by American Banker on August 30 and included in a special issue of Credit Union Journal. The full list of recipients can be viewed HERE.
According to American Banker, seventy credit unions made the list this year. The institutions are headquartered in more than two dozen states and Washington, D.C., and range in size from just 28 employees at Southwest Financial Credit Union in Farmers Branch, Texas, to more than 3,000 at America First Credit Union in Riverdale, Utah. RVCU was one of three credit unions in Illinois to receive the recognition.
