We are thrilled to announce that we are adding additional Personal Teller Machines (PTMs) to the drive thru of our Loves Park branch. Beginning in late June, our Machesney Park and Loves Park drive thru service will provide members with more options to experience safe, convenient, accessible and personal virtual banking. You will have greater access to connect safely and virtually with a live video teller during regular business hours without having to exit your vehicle. PTMs continue to serve as enhanced ATMs at all hours of the day and are available for use by members and non-members alike.

Personal Teller Machines (PTMs) represent the next level of banking service with interactive video technology. It is an electronic means to handle personal finances while providing the personal service of face-to-face transactions. Our Video Tellers will guide you through every step of your transaction and can answer any questions about your accounts.
Two-way video allows you to see and speak to the Video Teller. Your conversation is just as private as if you were talking to a teller at a traditional drive thru.
Yes. It is processed the same as a face-to-face transaction. For security purposes, all transactions are recorded.
You can do almost every transaction you typically do with a teller face-to-face. Through the PTM you can make account inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments and cash checks. There are no forms to fill out.
Depositing cash is as easy as doing it inside our branch. No envelopes or forms are needed. You insert the cash directly into the deposit slot; the machine reads and counts each bill and displays the amount on the screen for verification. When depositing or cashing a check, you insert the check (or checks) into the deposit slot and an image of your check(s) will appear on the screen. You select what you’d like to do next - deposit, receive cash back, etc. Everything is displayed on the screen to ensure accuracy. At the end of your transaction, a reduced image of your check is printed on your receipt for proof of the amount deposited. If you cash a check that includes change, we will deposit the amount of change directly to your account and provide the whole dollar amount in cash.
No, your account is updated in real time just as it would inside the branch office or at a traditional drive thru. If you are unsure about the availability of your money, just ask your Video Teller during the transaction.
PTMs are available 24/7 at our Machesney Park and Loves Park (opening June 2021) drive thru. A Video Teller, if needed, is available during regular business hours.

Yes, all Video Tellers are employees of RVCU, working in Member Service at one of our locations in the Rockford area.
