Enroll through Online Banking

Create your own unique short code for each account

  • Choose which accounts you want to include/exclude
  • You will receive a confirmation with RVCU's text number and commands
  • Send a text to 89549 to get:
    • Account balances (one or all)
    • Recent account history  

Step 1: Enroll

Login to Home Banking/NetTeller
Go to Options and click Mobile Settings and choose the Text Mobile Settings tab
Click Yes, enable my accounts for your mobile device
Click Yes, to Agree to Terms

Step 2: Enable Accounts

Enter the phone number you would like to use to receive/send text messages
Select your Wireless Provider
Select the accounts you want access to from your mobile device
Create Mobile Short Name (i.e. SAV for Savings, CHK for Checking, CHKH for Checking Holly)
Click Submit

Step 3: Perform Transactions

Confirm your subscription for this services by replying “YES” from your Mobile Device
To perform transactions, just submit a Text Command to 89549
