Last week we communicated our Remote Deposit Capture feature through our mobile app was not running properly so we had to disable this feature. We have
activated RDC through the mobile app; however, to get it up and running we had to change the parameters of when checks will post to accounts.
When you deposit a check remotely, those funds will not be available in your account immediately as they have been in the past. We will only be posting the RDC deposits three times per business day: 9am, 12pm and 3pm. Any deposits made over the course of the weekend will become available to the member after the 9am posting that Monday or the next business day should Monday be a holiday. Any deposits made after the 3pm file post will not be available until the first posting file the next morning.
We understand this adjustment is not optimal for our members, it is only temporary, and we will revert back to LIVE posting the deposits once the system is fully operational again. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Our main office branches are open until 5:30 pm (drive through) and our Meijer in-store branches are open until 7 pm. If you are unable to make it to the branch to make your deposit, all of our branches have night deposit boxes where you securely deposit your check/money for deposit on the next business day.
